Michael is the Founder & President of the Value Stream Engineering Group Inc.(http://valuestreamengineering.com/), a Lean/Six Sigma operations consulting firm specializing in the Service, Build to Order Manufacturing, and Maintenance-Repair-Overhaul (MRO) industries.

A certified Six Sigma MBB with extensive Lean experience, Michael’s former positions include: Sr. Director of Operational Excellence at Timco Aviation Services, General Manager of Maintenance Operations Performance and System Manager of Process Engineering (customer service), both at Delta Air Lines. In 2003, he was the Chairman of the SkyTeam Cargo International Quality Organization. He received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Georgia State University in 1992 and an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Georgia in 2003.
